Since its inception in 2022, RAYZE's mission is simple: To raise, or as we say, RAYZE, uplift, or upliPHt and transPHorm the hearts and minds in the PHilippines.

Our mission to to work with people around the world and especially with our fellow Filipinos to help them achieve their biggest dreams, goals and aspirations in life. We believe that once you're living a life of passion and purpose can you truly achieve a happy and abundant life.

Too often we see so many living lives of quiet desperation, hoping that life will get easier or better somehow. But without the right knowledge, guidance or mentoring those hopes never really come to pass. What we all need is more than hope, we need the right mindset.

Our goal, therefore, is to train, teach, coach, inspire and motivate leaders, new and seasoned, young and old, to improve their skills and knowledge to become world-class so they may guide the Philippines to further continued growth in all areas from business to civil and social improvement to individual self-personal growth.

Raymond helped create many of the programs and processes at RAYZE. As a seasoned entrepreneur and a certified trainer, speaker and coach of the John Maxwell Leadership Development Program, he brings in an international viewpoint with many years of experience in coaching and business.

He’s been raised and educated in the US since he was four, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Human Resources and a Masters in Entrepreneurship. Having started several companies in his career and traveled globally, he brings what he’s learned and experienced through his many years of business and personal development coaching to the Philippines. Raymond’s an avid and experienced life coach, adventurer, traveler, entrepreneur, and philanthropist.

Leila Louise

As the youngest member of our team, Leila has an incredible depth of talents and abilities that nicely rounds off our team's capabilities.

Aside from helping with our day to day tasks such as writing, graphic design, editing, and social media, she also leads and organizes our youth seminar programs and seminars.

Kim Anciano

Kim Anciano is a multimedia designer and digital strategist specializing in branding, content creation, and digital marketing. With 8 years in the creative industry, she helps businesses and professionals build strong brand identities, craft compelling digital content, and develop strategic marketing plans that drive results.

Her work blends innovative design with strategic thinking, ensuring brands are not only visually impactful but also effectively positioned for success.

Neil Cruz

Neil is our resident IT tech consultant. He specializes in using his talents and abilities and he makes sure everything is working and functionally online and in our systems.
