Since its inception in 2022, RAYZE has been driven by a simple yet powerful mission: to elevate—or as we say, RAYZE, upliPHt, and transPHorm—the hearts and minds of people in the Philippines.

We are dedicated to collaborating with individuals across the globe, especially our fellow Filipinos, to help them achieve their greatest dreams, goals, and aspirations. We believe that when you live with passion and purpose, you unlock the path to true happiness and abundance.

Raymond helped create many of the programs and processes at RAYZE. As a seasoned entrepreneur and a certified trainer, speaker, and coach of the John Maxwell Leadership Development Program, he brings in an international viewpoint with many years of experience in coaching and business.

He’s been raised and educated in the US since he was four, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Human Resources and a Master in Entrepreneurship. Having started several companies in his career and traveled globally, he brings what he’s learned and experienced through his many years of business and personal development coaching to the Philippines. Raymond is an avid and experienced life coach, adventurer, traveler, entrepreneur, and philanthropist.

On January 25, 2025, at the National College Foundation in Naga City, Camarines Sur, Philippines, I had the privilege of delivering a powerful talk on Leading from Within to an audience of aspiring leaders, students, and professionals.

I emphasized the fundamental role of self-awareness and resilience as the bedrock of authentic leadership. I shared how personal growth is not just an individual journey but a catalyst for collective success, because when we elevate ourselves, we elevate those around us. Through real-life examples and thought-provoking insights, I demonstrated how leaders who cultivate self-mastery are better equipped to inspire, empower, and drive meaningful change.

My message challenged the audience to step into leadership with authenticity, purpose, and courage, reminding them that true leadership doesn’t start with a title or position, it starts from within. By embracing their unique strengths, overcoming personal obstacles, and leading with integrity, they can create a lasting impact on their teams, communities, and beyond.

As the youngest member of our team, Leila has an incredible depth of talents and abilities that nicely rounds off our team's capabilities.
